1. Our Commitment
At Bags Mauritius, we want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ Item received is damaged or defective ✅ Item received is wrong product or wrong colour ✅ Item is significantly different from the product description
❌ We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Made-to-order items dispatched from India
- Items that have been used, worn or washed
- Items without original packaging
3. Timeframe
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted
- Photo or video proof of the issue is required
4. How to Request a Return

- Send clear photos or video of the issue
- Include your order number
- We will review and respond within 24 hours
5. Refund Options
Once your return is approved, we offer:

6. Made-to-Order Items (Dispatched from India)
- These items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless received damaged or defective
- Once an order is placed and deposit paid, it cannot be cancelled
- Delivery timelines are estimates and delays do not qualify for refunds
7. Deposits
- 10% COD deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your order after confirmation
- If we cancel your order due to stock unavailability, your full deposit will be refunded
