- MCB Juice – Full payment upfront
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – 10% deposit required to confirm order, balance paid upon delivery
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time if stock is unavailable or payment is not received
7. Deposits
- COD deposits of 10% are non-refundable once an order is confirmed
- If Bags Mauritius cancels your order due to stock issues, your deposit will be fully refunded
- Deposits are collected to secure your order and filter serious buyers only
8. Delivery & Shipping
- Items in stock are delivered or available for pickup within 48 hours
- Items made-to-order are dispatched from India — delivery timelines will be communicated separately
- Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed
- Bags Mauritius is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs
9. Pickup
- Pickup is available by appointment only
- You will be contacted to arrange a pickup time once your order is confirmed
- Bring your order confirmation when collecting
10. Returns & Refunds
- Our full return and refund policy is available at bags.mu/policies/refund-policy
- Made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless received damaged or defective
- All return claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence
11. Intellectual Property
- All content on bags.mu including images, logos, text and design belongs to Bags Mauritius
- You may not copy, reproduce or use our content without written permission
- Product images sourced from suppliers remain the property of their respective owners
12. Limitation of Liability
Bags Mauritius is not liable for:

- Delays caused by third-party couriers, customs or force majeure events
